How to Use Colourful Semantics


  • Who? - Person or thing doing something. 

  • What doing? - Action being done. 

  • What? - Thing the action is done to. 

  • Where? - Place where the action happens. 

  • Describe? - The adjective in the sentence. ‘Describe’ can be moved to different places on the strip to add description to other words in the sentence.

  • To who? Shows the recipient of the action

  • When? When the action takes place

  • How? How the action happens
